How long do the health checks take?
The gold package takes 30 minutes per appointment, the silver package 20-25 minutes and the bronze package 15-20 minutes.
Are health checks conducted by qualified healthcare professionals?
We are level 3 registered personal trainers qualified to give dietary and lifestyle advice and carry out health testing. Any one requiring medical advice shall be referred to the relevant professional. We are not doctors and any advice given will be lifestyle based and not on specific conditions.
Can you accommodate shift patterns?
Yes. We are happy to offer a bespoke package if you require health checks outwith standard business hours - any appointments before 8am or after 6pm will be charged at a slightly higher rate.
Can you offer health checks at different locations?
Yes we are happy to cover multiple sites and to travel, this would be priced under our bespoke packages.
Do you provide a report after the health check?
Yes. Each employee is confidentially provided a copy of their health check via email or in instances where that is not possible a paper copy will be provided detailing all statistics taken and any lifestyle advice or referrals.

We can offer to assist with health promotion days at work and run corporate 'challenges' for weight loss, step and exercise challenges.
How often should our employees have a health check?
We would recommend every 3-6 months.
Do you offer after care services or referrals?
We can offer personal training and online coaching for nutrition and training. We are happy to offer corporate deals for group sign ups.
